2013 Meeting: June 20, 2013 to  is communicate, inform and to consider public comment in regards to the Birch Point Service District’s Sewer Project.  Agencies in attendance include: Town Board, St. Louis County, WLSSD, MN-PCA, MN-PFA, and MSA Engineering. 

2013 Ballot: The 34 Birch Point Road Property Owners on Caribou Lake were mailed a Ballot on February 27, 2013; asking them if they would like to move forward with the proposed Sewer Project.  The Ballot must be mailed back to Grand Lake Township postmarked by March 15, 2013.  Click HERE to view the Ballot.  Results: There were 31 responses, passed by 71%.  Yes votes: 22 and No votes: 9.
